TRAVERSE LOGO & UX Design
Collaborated with 3 developers and 5 business students to create a startup in a 54-hour weekend hackathon. I designed the brand identity to reflect target audience of high-end professionals who travel frequently and also completed a UX design for an efficient, user friendly experience. I also worked closely with iOS developer for UI elements and provided necessary assets.
I decided to go with a clean typeface that was modern and sleek. The flourish on the letter “v” was inspired by the wings of an airplane. We decided on using a gold gradient that elevated the appearance in a luxurious way, which aligned well with the target market of the app.
